Hang 'em high, boys

Via the wonderful Rachel Lucas, we have today's winner of the "Most In Need of A Serious Beating" video. The cell-phone video purports to show a 16 year-old Georgia male sending...and I cannot believe I'm writing this...an 8 month-old baby flying across a living room. He does this by placing the infant on an inflatable pillow, and jumping on the far side...ever seen one of those big inflatable water games at camp or a waterpark, where you sat on one end, and someone jumped onto the other to send you airborne? Something like that. The video is below, but seriously, remove all throwable objects from your immediate vicinity. You've been warned.

This Fox News article covers the story, which I read through gritted teeth and a near-hemorrhage in my brain. Certain things will send me into an unchecked Hulk-rage. Code Pinkos and child abuse rank right up there, along with rape and elderly abuse. Rachel's proposal is a solid one, that in my dream-world would actually come to fruition. Basically, a Hostel where the victims deserve a little righteous punishment, and they don't die. Hie thee hence and check it out for yourself.
Meantime, the cops dither about, trying to build a case or some such nonsense. It's all on tape, boys. Arrest them both, and hang 'em high (maybe not literally...). This type of thing is absolutely evil, and should not be allowed to stand. I'm grateful this wasn't my child shown in the video. Those boys, and anyone who tried to defend them, would be hurting. I'm a nice guy, a real mensch most times, but I'm absolutely certain that in this case, it's better to ask forgiveness than permission. And in most parts of the country, I think the law might look the other way if you were to take these two kids 'round behind the barn.
The only thought that has occurred to me, is that maybe, this is a good fake. The child's position and the way it flew in the air might be cause to call shenanigans. Either way, it's stone-cold evil, and deserves retribution. Contact the Sheriff's Department in Lee County, GA to express your concern that these two hoodlums might skate with this. I don't know if this type of post is frowned upon, but this has cranked my anger meter to 11. Please let the Sheriff know that this behavior will not be tolerated.
